**Role Summary/Purpose:**
The AVP, AML Governance Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the AML Governance function through governance coordination, executive reporting, issue management, change management, and governance operations. The role serves as the operational backbone of the AML Governance team and enables effective execution of governance routines, management reporting, and program oversight activities.

+ Coordinate governance routines, operating rhythms, committee activities, and management forums.
+ Maintain governance calendars, action tracking, and escalation processes.
