Avionics Production Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key technical leadership position, overseeing avionics maintenance and airworthiness for the SH‑2G(I) Seasprite helicopter fleet. You'll lead and develop a small team while ensuring aircraft remain safe, compliant, and ready to fly.
In this role you will:
* Supervise, plan, and coordinate Intermediate and Operational Level Maintenance for avionics systems.
* Certify and quality‑assure technical work to meet airworthiness and safety standards.
* Diagnose and rectify avionics system faults, and carry out inspections, modifications, and special instructions.
* Mentor, coach, and develop trades personnel, including conducting OJT assessments and performance reports.
* Manage technical documentation, post‑flight records, and maintenance administration.
