The job location is Fort Campbell, Kentucky in support of the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command’s Digitally Integrated Maintenance Environment (DIME).

Scope: The Help Desk / Field Technician (FSR) is a strategic technical position within the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of customers’ hardware and software systems within DoD standards, along with handling incoming technical support calls and tickets.
