Job Description
- Provide AV/IT support for school events, assemblies, performances, and examinations.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/IT equipment, including projectors, Apple TV, visualizers, and sound systems.
- Create and edit videos to support school activities and events.
- Conduct basic AV/IT setup training for staff and student technology representatives.
- Support students and staff with Personal Learning Device (PLD) and technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of AV/IT equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and installations.
- Maintain equipment inventory, loan records, maintenance logs, and documentation.
- Assist with the receiving, checking, and inventory tagging of new AV/IT equipment.
