AV Concierge Support

Description

General Duties • Independently operate maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and manage AV systems and peripherals. • Daily morning check of all conference rooms to proactively identify issues and ensure they’re all in working order for the day’s meetings. • Own pre-meeting AV checks for high-profile events as well as for VIP / executive video meetings. • Assist with the scheduling of AV support for high-profile events as well as for VIP / executive meetings. • Ability to troubleshoot, upgrade and /or replace AV components. • A clear understanding of audio-visual signal flow troubleshooting. • General understanding of industry leading vendor equipment. • Ability to coordinate external vendor support when required. • Complete familiarity with—and adherence to—standard business practices and procedures. • Fully meet key support performance metrics and SLA’s. • Familiarity with Service now ticketing. • Consult, manage, and possibly lead client pitch expectations and ...
