Automotive Worker Supervisor (Automotive Worker Foreman)

Summary Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities. Responsibilities Serves as the Automotive Worker Foreman and is responsible for all maintenance and repair to all vehicles which serve the institution. Functions in the Facilities department and is under the general supervision of a General Foreman and/or Facility Manager. The incumbent of this position is the subject matter expert in the maintenance of institution vehicles and therefore, works with a great deal of independence. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.
