Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator – Suzuki to manage documentation and processing of warranty claims in line with policy. You will collect, review and submit claim documentation, ensure timely payments from principals, and oversee parts return and audit processes.

The role requires 3–4 years in automotive service advisory or warranty handling, solid English communication, and strong organisational skills to coordinate with service teams and suppliers across the UAE.
