Automotive Tech Support Specialist - EV & Diagnostics

Giltrap Group is seeking a Product Support Specialist / Technical Support to deliver technical and diagnostic support to the national dealer network, working with manufacturers and dealerships to resolve complex issues and support new vehicle launches.

You'll bring strong diagnostic/troubleshooting experience in a franchise environment, knowledge of EV/high-voltage systems, and excellent communication to build relationships across dealers and manufacturers.
