- Inspect vehicles in operation, conduct road tests, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
- Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
