Automotive Service Concierge

Jobtailor in Mexico seeks a customer service representative to manage the end-to-end service process for vehicle units. You will ensure a positive customer experience from reception to delivery, perform timely follow-ups and coordinate with the technical team.

The role requires 1 year in customer service, basic automotive knowledge, proficiency with CRM/ERP and MS Office, and strong communication and teamwork. On-site work in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
