Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Experience Lead

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Al Ain is seeking a Service Advisor for Passenger Vehicles to be the face of our Aftersales team. You will guide customers through their service journey and coordinate with workshop operations to ensure a seamless experience.

You will build lasting relationships, deliver transparent service, and upsell products responsibly to meet revenue targets. Fluency in English is required, and basic Arabic is an advantage.
