Automotive Service Advisor: Customer Experience Lead

Al-Futtaim is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive Aftersales team across the UAE. You will link customers with the workshop, ensuring a professional and transparent service journey from reception to delivery.

You will capture requirements, prepare job cards and estimates, coordinate with workshop, obtain approvals for additional work and clearly explain completed work and invoices to customers.
