Automotive Sales Coordinator (3-year FTC)

Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, order processing, procurement administration or operational coordination. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM, ERP or inventory management systems will be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Automotive parts knowledge will be highly advantageous. Previous experience within the automotive aftermarket, dealership, parts distribution or fleet environment will be beneficial. Ability to interpret OEM and aftermarket part numbers. Understanding of vehicle makes, models, VIN information and component descriptions.
