Automotive Quality Assurance Engineer

**Overview**

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for managing ongoing Sharp business with Automotive OEM and Tier 1 Customer’s but may not be limited to these customers. In addition to quality experience, electrical, electronics, and mechanical aptitude is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinates Quality activities to meet customer objectives and satisfaction
+ Monitor, evaluate, and generate Quality and Warranty reports using Sharp systems and Customer systems for OEM and Tier 1 customers assigned
+ Use, update, and manage OEM, Tier 1, and Sharp data collection and information systems as assigned
+ Manage Warranty Chargeback Evaluation from OEM’s and Tier 1 customers as assigned
+ Manage Local Representatives at global customer sites and work continuously with them and Sharp Japan to meet Sharp and customer scorecard objectives as assigned
