Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Automotive Program Manager in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facilities. The Automotive Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive hot and cold stamping programs from tooling kick-off through launch and mass production. This role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, tooling, production, quality, purchasing, logistics, and finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
