Automotive Outbound Agent — KPI-Driven Calls (Dubai)

TALENTMATE is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our automotive division. You will handle outbound calls, engage leads, and drive bookings with a target-driven approach.

Based in Dubai, you will log conversations in the CRM, meet daily KPIs, and collaborate with sales and service teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. On-site, full-time with visa sponsorship and ongoing training.
