Automotive Aftersales Technician — Diagnostics & Servicing

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an automotive aftersales technician to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt service, diagnosing faults, and coordinating repairs. You will open Maximo job cards and request parts, perform battery servicing, and maintain accurate service records.

You will also update customers on progress, obtain signatures, provide breakdown support, and handle recalls/warranty work while staying professional and responsive to varying situations.
