Job Description:
Engineering Capability: Innovate solutions to resolve pain points, creating and adopting good engineering maintenance practices. Project Management Office: Drive alignment, governance, and execution excellence in automation reliability projects, ensuring that regional initiatives are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered. Process improvement: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement maintenance optimisation projects and cross-pollinate learnings across 8 markets. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to ensure high machine availability, performance, and quality. Performance Management: Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
