About the Role
The ITOT Lead will lead the Automation organization, responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving automation processes related to buildings, equipment, and utilities in the assigned region/site. The Lead coordinates all strategic automation projects and initiatives, delivers cost‑effective technical solutions, sets standards and strategies, and acts as a competence centre for automation while interfacing with IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Organizational Development: prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE, Quality), support internal and external audits, implement technical standards and GOPs, develop regional/site SOPs and templates, and lead equipment, utility, and facility improvement projects such as energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, and maintenance.
