Automation Lead Engineer
Location: Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland (partial remote or Espoo). Free commuter bus from Helsinki and nearby regions.
Our automation engineering team at Neste is looking for a lead engineer to guide and mentor the design team on demanding process industry projects. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders across all disciplines from initial studies to commissioning.
Your role in our team
- Lead a design team in projects according to the agreed quality, scope, time and safety.
- Be responsible for DCS and SIS control and hardware engineering and purchasing activities.
- Supervise suppliers’ and subcontractors’ work.
- Participate in DCS and SIS testing (FAT, SAT) and other commissioning activities in projects.
- Manage internal stakeholders, work-share partners and suppliers.
