As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will lead the full lifecycle of automation initiatives — from process discovery and solution design to development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

- RPA / UI Automation: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Workflow Automation & Integration: Microsoft Power Automate (cloud), API orchestration tools, logic automation services
Key Responsibilities
- Process Discovery & Solution Design
- Work with SMEs to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Evaluate complexity, exception scenarios, and ROI potential.
- Choose the appropriate automation strategy (RPA, workflow, API, scripting, AI/ML, hybrid).
