Automation Engineer, Customer Service — Global Packaging

Serac is seeking a Customer Service Automation Engineer to design, test and optimize automated systems for APAC customers. You will lead electrical panel design and control system development from concept through FAT and site installation.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in OEM or maintenance, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel. You will coordinate with production and customers to ensure robust electrical diagrams, BOMs, and successful commissioning.
