Responsibilities
- Design and develop System Test Automation Scripts using Selenium, Jest, Cucumber, and API testing tools
- Support Test Automation Solution Planning and Estimation
- Perform detailed test designs using software test engineering principles
- Elaborate requirements to enable Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Implement automated test tasks including Gherkin scripts, integration/regression scenarios, and test data management
- Improve existing test automation frameworks for speed and flexibility
- Gather non-functional performance requirements and strategize testing approaches
- Build performance testing frameworks using JMeter, Gatling, or other open source tools
- Measure system performance metrics including throughput, response times, and resource usage
- Collaborate with Application Development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot performance issues
