Essential responsibilities include advising clients, managing accounts, conducting field visits, and recording transactions in the collection system. The ideal candidate should hold a 4-Year Business degree, possess relevant experience in collections, and be willing to work in the field. A valid driver's license is preferred, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
