Auto Body Technician (Dundas) (Hamilton)

Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non‑structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use of frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS)
