Auditor, Qualitative Research

Job Summary:
Working closely with the Qualitative Field Research team, the Qualitative Research Auditors, while posing as ordinary customers, will visit locations within the UDX Theme Parks or partner businesses that sell UDX goods or services in order to evaluate and report on the quality and knowledge of the products sold, overall customer service metrics, overall cleanliness, and other designated operational criteria. Qualitative Research Auditors will also be responsible for providing timely, descriptive, and comprehensive reports for all auditing and observational requests.
Major Responsibilities:

+ Conduct covert visits to assigned locations, posing as customers or potential customers to evaluate knowledge, quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience.
