Auditor

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, card, and online sales between Odoo ERP and Tech Gym software, escalate material variances immediately
• Verify all discounts carry documented management approval, flag any unapproved discount to the Audit Manager
• Reconcile daily customer headcount between both systems and investigate discrepancies
• Conduct random-sample physical closure checks at gym closing time, maintain a sampling log
• Verify all expenses and payments against the authorized approval matrix within 24 hours
• Share audited daily sales figures and closing summary with CEO at end of each working day
