Audit associates provide timely, high quality client service with large and small companies in a variety of industries. They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand clients' businesses and challenges. Associates serve our clients by:

- Developing an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry,

accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP

and GAAS issues

- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach,

methodology and tools

- Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based

overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.

- Identifying accounting and auditing issues;
