The role of an Assistant is to support KPMG client-serving engagement teams based in the Philippines and South ASPAC countries, by performing standardized tasks that follow established procedures and templates.
Job Summary:
- Perform standardized tasks that follow established procedures and templates.
- Deliver high quality and timely output, that complies with Firm and Audit Delivery Center policies, quality standards, deadlines, Service Level Agreement, and engagement team's expectations.
- Interact with Team Manager and Team Leaders on a timely basis, and create good working relationships.
- Actively participate in training and coaching programs to support continuous learning and performance improvement.
