Position Summary

Performs hearing exams, takes ear impressions, makes recommendations and orders merchandise. Programs, fits, and
adjusts hearing aids for members. Processes sales. Maintains customer computer files. Follows proper safety and security procedures and standards. Provides a high level of member service.

Job Duties/Essential Functions

• Meets with members and conducts routine tests with audiometer. Examines ear, referring to a physician when
appropriate
• Makes recommendations for hearing aids
• Makes ear moulds
• Sends paperwork and ear moulds to manufacturer
• Programs and fits hearing aids to members
