A passionate, entrepreneurial start-up mindset / background and the drive to take ownership of something that makes your heart beat is crucial, with technical ownership of systems, an AI mindset and the ability to deliver category strategy with long-term value creation.

This role will suit category leaders (even if young and with only some entrepreneurial experience) who are innovative and operate like business leaders. You will effectively be CEO of your own domain.
