We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy / Financial Services Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Maryland. This attorney will handle a broad range of matters involving bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, loan enforcement, financial services litigation, and related regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience advising financial institutions, lenders, loan servicers, and other clients in complex bankruptcy and financial services matters.
Key Responsibilities
+ Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters.
+ Advise financial institutions, lenders, and servicers on creditors’ rights, insolvency, and restructuring matters.
