**About the Role & Team**

FX Networks is searching for a lawyer to work in the role of Attorney who will provide support in structuring, negotiating, drafting and advising on deals relating to the development and production of television programming.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Provide direction and guidance in connection with all legal issues related to the development and production of original content.
+ Draft, review and negotiate agreements for the development and production of original live action and animated programming for exhibition on FX Networks.
+ Analyze and research chain of title and other rights issues in connection with existing intellectual property.
