A California employer-side employment practice is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead day-to-day practice operations, oversee attorneys, manage workflow, and maintain accountability across sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters. The role is primarily in-office near LAX and is designed for a senior attorney with significant employer-side employment law experience, including wage-and-hour, class action, and PAGA matters.

This opportunity offers a base salary of $300,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience and overall profile, with additional structure available for portable business.
