Corporate Attorney - AM LAW Top 200 Firm - New York, New York - Hybrid

Compensat ion: $175,000 - $260,000 Base

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising on corporate governance matters
• Handling general corporate transactions
• Assisting with entity formation and structuring, supporting M&A deals
• Serving as outside general counsel to owner-managed and growth-oriented businesses.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience supporting privately held companies with distribution/consulting agreements, shareholder agreements and business contracts is a must
• Admission to the NY bar required
• 5-15 years of corporate law experience
