ATM Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) at various client sites across South Africa. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission ATMs at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing of ATM equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on ATMs.
• Replace and repair faulty components, including card readers, cash dispensers, printers, and screens.
• Conduct software updates and system upgrades as required.
• Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns within agreed service levels.
