The Athletic Trainer assists physicians in providing care and interfacing between our community partners and our Children's Orthopedic Center sports medicine team. The Athletic Trainer is a part of a dynamic group that supports both in-office clinic work and outreach with community partners based on varying needs. In the clinic, the Athletic Trainer will assist with the day-to-day operations including patient intake, conducting initial assessments, and assisting with post-operative procedures and education. Athletic Trainers engaging in outreach assist with managing the care of athletes and the active population in community.
