YOUR ROLE
- Represent the plant as a member of the ST Global Technical Community.
- Lead the execution of improvement projects and action plans in collaboration with the technical community.
- Support the standardization of maintenance activities and related technical practices.
- Coordinate plant-wide ASSY automation projects.
- Follow up and work closely with the Assembly team on BEMT Future Inside projects.
- Collaborate with R&D and equipment vendors on machine design improvements.
- Review and evaluate machine hardware and system design, and ensure proper upload to the ST document control system.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be willing to learn and develop multi-skill capabilities.
- Quickly learn new technical issues and support problem resolution.
