Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth for Duct Heaters and VAV product lines across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets and market opportunities.
- Identify, track, and influence revenue generation through projects, tenders, and specification pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and MEP contractors to secure product approvals and specifications.
- Review and approve technical submittals, BOQs, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct high‑level technical presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Mentor and support junior sales engineers (if applicable), ensuring team performance and development.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and order closures.
