Monitor and manage real-time aircraft movements, ensuring adherence to flight schedules and air traffic control instructions.

Coordinate with flight crew, ground staff, and external agencies to facilitate smooth aircraft turnaround and gate operations.

Proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions, such as delays or diversions, by implementing contingency plans.

Maintain accurate flight status records and update systems promptly to reflect real-time information.

Ensure to provide accurate flight documents to flight crew and handling agents.

Perform check of equipment to avoid delays. turnaround aircraft at ramp for timely loading to avoid delays.

Aircraft safety and vigilance as per airlines standard measures.

Monitor and supervises accurate loading/unloading based on the load plan.

Daily report of passenger billing.
