Job Responsibilities
- Act as the Team Lead, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and technical assistance to team members to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
- Identify and elevate operational issues promptly to the Section Head, providing well-researched proposals for resolution and actionable plans.
- Prepare and calculate loan drawdowns, associated payments, Principal & Interest (P&I), fee payments, loan prepayments, and reserves.
- Act as the Maker for assigned portfolios and the Checker for team members' portfolios to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, contact lists (including Debt domain), and documentation logs.
- Maintain up-to-date security records, including share registers and related documentation.
