Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the organization’s formulary strategy, including multi-tier architecture and therapeutic category management
- Lead enterprise-level evaluation and governance of formulary tier structures
- Partner with Rebate Strategy and Account Management to align architecture with financial objectives
- Serve as a strategic partner to the P&T Committee to ensure evidence-based decisions
- Oversee the development of clinical monographs and therapeutic review materials
- Lead formulary change management execution in compliance with CAA 2026, ACA, and ERISA
