Job Description- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of customer services /Backend operations and technical/functional roles of varying levels.- Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.- Will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support, PT etc.- Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.- Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc.- Candidate Engagement and Management.- Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand- Support in MIS and routine process related activitiesWe re Looking for People Who Have- Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience.
