Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Associate, Systems Management to join our team. In this role, you will manage the installation, maintenance, and support of Host Application deliverables in both Test and Production environments while ensuring smooth application operations. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring technical excellence, reliability, and support across our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the SIS batch and on‑line technology environments and provide technical support and expertise for these systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, interfacing with other teams within SIS Service Delivery.
• Participate in project planning to assess resources, workloads, and overall timelines.
• Review business requirements and translate them into non‑functional requirements.
