Job Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Services, Flagship Memo Operations, Outside Stylist, and Try before you Buy Programs under the direction of the Studio Services & Memo Operations Manager.
• Perform selling and operational duties to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients upon arrival to the New York Flagship building.
• Assist clients and Style Advisors with selecting and pulling merchandise, hanger changes, and sizing requests.
• Collaborate with clients and Style Advisors on department‑related communication and manage leased vendor relationships.
• Handle ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain scanning of merchandise in and out of the New York Flagship building.
• Organize Studio Services and Memo Operations supplies, including spreadsheets and contracts.
