Associate/ Sr. Associate- Recruitment (Manufacturing Practice)

We are looking for a Assocaite/ Sr. Associate- Recruiter to be a part of our growing team, Manufacturing Practice.

During the training you will be exposed to

• Client Interaction- Job Understanding, Requirement Gathering
• End to End Recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Communicating with candidates and helping them make informed decision.
• Use recruiting software to keep track of the various stages of recruitment cycle.
• Planning and participating in various recruitment events.
• Enabling a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
