Our client is a regional C/S consultancy with offices across APAC. They have expanded in SG in the last 2 years and already have a healthy pipeline, hence seeking an Associate to lead on projects as well as business development.
Job Description: Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications. Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation. Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals. Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities
