An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate Commercial Department in the Johannesburg office. The Work

The role will involve drafting commercial agreements, the provision of opinions and corporate related work on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations. The work will involve assisting clients in a broad range of sectors, but with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, private capital, the hospitality sector, and real estate mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will be expected to assume responsibility for working closely with clients, as well as managing elements of various transactions.
