Associate Sales Enablement Manager

We’re looking for an Associate Enablement Manager to support our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization—the engine that drives our pipeline and fuels our growth. The SDR team is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where rapid skill acquisition, process discipline, and consistent execution are critical to success.

In this role, your superpower is execution and flawless organization. You will be responsible for managing multiple onboarding cohorts simultaneously, ensuring every new SDR is equipped with the tools, playbooks, and confidence they need to hit the ground running. Beyond onboarding, you will manage multiple enablement projects at once—from outbound sequencing updates to tech stack rollouts.
