Associate / RF Engineer (Telecommunications) - Up to $5000 + Standby + Bonus

On behalf of our client, a telecommunications company, we are seeking an RF Engineer to oversee site selection, network planning, drive testing, and performance optimisation.

• Optimise RF performance for TETRA and 4G networks, and monitor performance
• Handle site selection, surveys, planning, and network tasks for TETRA and 4G networks
• Design in‑building systems, perform coverage tests, and fix coverage issues
• Conduct drive tests, analyze data, and fix issues
• Coordinate in a multi‑vendor environment to support wireless equipment operation and network optimisation.

• Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related
• Experienced in 4G networks and knowledge of RAN and Core
• Experienced with RF planning and testing tools like Atoll, Nemo Handy, Nemo Analyzer, Google Earth, and MapInfo Professional etc.
